The City of Olean Department of Public Works Water Distribution Division will be undertaking an emergency water main repair on the East State Street Bridge over Olean Creek. Work will be starting around noon today and is anticipated to take 2-3 hours.

The bridge will be reduced to one lane and flaggers will be directing traffic. Delays should be expected. Motorists are encouraged to take alternate routes.
