OLEAN AREA RESIDENTS

LANE CLOSURE UPDATE

On Thursday, November 3, 2022, starting at 8 am, the City of Olean Department of Public Works Electric Division and Kel-Kur Electric will be replacing the underground traffic loops at the intersection of North Union Street and Front Street. 

This will require some lane closures and possibly a detour while work is undertaken. 

Access to the hospital emergency entrance will remain open at all times. 

Work is being extended and should be completed end of day on Friday, November 4, 2022.  The lanes will be reopened as quickly as possible. 

Please use caution when traveling in this area.  Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route.
