WALKABLE OLEAN PHASE III

Construction continues on Walkable Olean Phase III along East State Street from Front Street to North Union Street. The active work zone will be from Union Street to Clinton Street. North Barry Street is closed at East State Street and Time Square.

Please use the Time Square entrances to access the City Building. The building entrances on East State Street are closed from construction. The sidewalks along East State Street have been removed as part of the project. Time Square is accessible from the north end of North Barry Street.

Police Dispatch is accessible from Time Square.
