City of Olean BOOST Business Grant Update

September 29, 2022—Olean—The City of Olean is pleased to announce that the target area for the Boost  Business Grant Real Estate Assistance Program has been extended to include all commercial and industrial uses within the City of Olean. The change was made during the September 27, 2022 Common Council Meeting.

The Real Estate Assistance Program can be used to offset 25 percent of an entity’s real estate payment whether it be in the form of rent, mortgage or land contract. The Program’s next rolling application due date is Friday,  October 14, 2022. More information on the process is available on the City’s website at  http://cityofolean.org/plans-programs/.
