The Olean Area Youth Court is a highly successful delinquency intervention/prevention program servicing first time offenders between the ages of 7 and 17 years old.

The Youth Court members are high school students from Olean, Allegany-Limestone, Portville and Hinsdale. Students are required to complete a structured training program and successfully pass a final law exam. They serve as the judge, side judge, facts attorney and law guardian.
