A use variance is being requested to allow the use of the building as a small residence hall. This request will vary from the requirements of Article 4, Section 4.5.2 of the City of Olean Zoning Law.

A public hearing has been scheduled for Thursday 7/28/2022 at 5:50 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Olean Municipal Building.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
