Legal Notice of Public Hearing
The Common Council of the City of Olean, New York has scheduled a Public Hearing for Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Olean Municipal Building. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on proposed Local Law #01-2025, to authorize the City of Olean to override the tax levy limit.

There will be a Public Hearing on Monday, April 8, 2025 at 6:05 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Olean Municipal Building, for the purpose of discussing the following: to amend the water rates per Section 27-22 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Olean to raise water rates 5.04% as well as amendments to the commercial and industrial water rate structures.
