Automatic payments can be set up using the Bank Draft Authorization Form and a bank account number, this payment will be drafted from your account on or around the 15th every month.  We also offer autopay through the online portal where you can set up a recurring payment on the day you prefer. This online payment incurs a  $1 transaction fee.
