Downtown Property Improvement Program
Downtown Property Improvement Program is available to businesses within the commercial area of Olean. Up to $30,000, with 20% of the loan amount being a deferred loan, is available for facade and commercial interior renovation projects.
Allegheny River Public Access & Recreation Plan
The City of Olean and its partners -- the City of Salamanca; Towns of Allegany, Portville, Olean and Salamanca and Villages of Portville and Allegany -- need your help establishing a plan for a multi-use recreation trail system along the Allegheny River. The goal of the project is to explore opportunities to improve waterfront access. promote the underutilized river corridor. and attract recreation·based businesses to strengthen the local economy.
