Olean Area Residents 
200 Block of Queen Street

Beginning on Monday, April 29, 2024 the 200 block of Queen Street will be closed permanently, Wester New York and Pennsylvania Railroad and its contractor (C.P. Ward) will begin work to replace the underpass on Queen Street (between Seneca Avenue and Bishop Street) with a pedestrian walkway 

Upon completion of the project pedestrian traffic will remain open.  There will be no vehicle pass-through access.

The anticipated completion of this project is November 1, 2024.
