Banners can be hung on Bradner Stadium fence, in designated area only.

No banner shall be hung without first obtaining a permit. Permits are $30 per two-week period or as set by Common Council.

Reservations will be accepted up to nine months in advance of desired date of hanging.

Permittee may only reserve a 2-week period once every 3 months.

Only one banner will be permitted at a time and will be a first-come, first-serve basis.

Permits will only be issued for advertising public and private events or activities open to the general public. (Banners cannot be used for political or union advertising.)
