NOTICE TO CITY OF OLEAN RESIDENTSLEAF COLLECTION The FIRST ROUND of leaf collection is still ongoing and anticipated to be completed during the week of November 7, 2022.  We will begin a second round immediately following completion of the first round.  Leaves only (no tree limbs, branches, ornamental grass, or potted plants) will be collected from the pavement and loaded mechanically into dump trucks for removal. PRESS RELEASE OLEAN AREA RESIDENTS LANE CLOSURE UPDATE On Thursday, November 3, 2022, starting at 8 am, the City of Olean Department of Public Works Electric Division and Kel-Kur Electric will be replacing the underground traffic loops at the intersection of North Union Street and Front Street.  This will require some lane closures and possibly a detour while work is undertaken.  Access to the hospital emergency entrance will remain open…
