Legal Notice of Public Hearing

The Common Council of the City of Olean, New York has scheduled a Public Hearing for Tuesday, May 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Olean Municipal Building. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on proposed Local Law #02-2024, to extend a moratorium on the creation of new solar farms and energy production facilities in the City of Olean.
