Olean Area Residents
Starting immediately today, Thursday August 3, 2023, the City of Olean DPW Water Distribution Division will be repairing a water main break on the 7oo block of Irving Street. There is a possibility of a water outage for residents/ businesses on Irving Street between South 7th Street and South 4th Street while the work is being completed. The work is expected to last 2-3 hours.
