The City of Olean Department of Public Works is seeking qualified candidates for appointment to a full-time position of Sewage Plant Maintenance Worker.  Applicants must be able to perform mechanical maintenance duties.  Candidates must have graduated from high school or possession of a NYS high school equivalency diploma.  Candidates for this position must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.  City of Olean residents preferred.  Applications will be accepted until Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. and can be obtained from the Olean Department of Public Works, 101 E State St, Municipal Building-Room 206, by calling (716) 376-5650, or from our website at www.cityofolean.org.  Interested applicants should submit a completed application to:
