Effective immediately, the OATS Olean-Salamanca (weekdays & Saturday) routes Municipal Building bus stop and the S. Union St. & E. Greene St. bus stop will not be serviced due to construction on East State and South Union Streets until further notice. The closest pickup or drop-off location will be at the Olean Center Mall.

The OATS City Loop (weekdays & Saturday) routes S. Union St. & E. Greene St. bus stop will not be serviced due to construction on East State and South Union Streets until further notice. The closest location for pickup or drop-off will be at the Olean Center Mall.
