Starting at 7:00AM on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, the City of Olean DPW Water Distribution Division will be testing hydrants flows in different parts of the City of Olean.

This may cause some rusty water periodically throughout the City of Olean. Threat of rusty water will subside by 3:00PM.
