City of Olean Municipal Building Will Remain Open During Solar Eclipse April 3, 2024—Olean—William J. Aiello, Mayor of the City of Olean, has announced that the Olean Municipal Building will remain open on Monday, April 8, 2024 during the solar eclipse. All municipal services, with the exception of the John J. Ash Senior Center and the Youth Recreation Program at St. John’s, will be available to residents throughout the day.

There will be NO public ice skating this Saturday, March 23rd, at the William O Smith Rec Center due to a Curling Tournament. Public Ice Skating will resume on Sunday March 24th from 1:00-2:30 PM and 5:30-7:00 PM.
