Olean Earth Day Events Postponed until June 11, 2023 April 26, 2023–Olean ̶ Due to inclement weather reports for Saturday, April 29, 2023, the City of Olean has postponed the Franchot Park Earth Day event until Sunday, June 11, 2023 to run simultaneously with the annual Children’s Day Celebration.
