The City of Olean Department of Public Works Water Distribution Division is continuing an emergency water main repair on the following streets: Queen Street (from Prospect Ave to dead end)Kingston Drive (from King St to Queen St)Prospect Avenue (from Queen St to Alder St) They will attempt to notify affected residents.  Water will be off approximately 2-3 hours.  Please call (716) 376-5657 with any questions.   DATED:  May 26, 2022

Public Roller Skating will take place at the William O. Smith Recreation Center on Friday June 3, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 PM.   Please note that admission fees have increased to: $3.00 per child/senior citizen $5.00 per adult $3.00 roller skate rental We will be posting additional days/times for roller skating in a few weeks for June.

May 23, 2022—Olean—William J. Aiello, Mayor of the City of Olean, has announced that the restrooms in Lincoln Park are open to the public from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.  Sundays will be added to schedule in mid-June when seasonal park rentals begin.    “The Lincoln Park restrooms are a convenience to our residents and visitors, but were subject to vandalism last year.  We ask residents to…

Concert Cancelled

PRESS RELEASE:  Due to illness, this Thursday evening’s (May 26th) concert at Lincoln Park featuring Freddy and the Jets is cancelled.   We will announce a new date for the concert when it is rescheduled.   Twin Tiers Community Band will be performing this Saturday- May 28th at Lincoln Park from 6:30-8:30 PM.
