Irving Street (from South 11th St to South Union St)
Weather permitting, the City of Olean’s contractor, D&H Excavating, will begin milling Irving Street (from South 11th St to South Union St) on Wednesday October 18th 2023. This phase of the work will continue through the next week. This will involve grinding down the streets, which will create rough road conditions. Please use caution when traveling through these areas.
It is recommended that motorists take alternate routes. Local traffic only will be allowed on these streets while work is in progress.
