South 26th Street
Irving Street (S Union St to S 11th St)
Kingston Drive
On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, the City of Olean’s contractor, D&H Excavating, will continue with the milling and paving project. They will mill and pave South 26th Street. They will then proceed to Irving Street to put down the first course of pavement. After that is completed, they will proceed to Kingston Drive to begin milling. This will involve grinding down the streets, which will create rough road conditions. Please use caution when traveling through these areas.
It is recommended that motorists take alternate routes. Local traffic only will be allowed on these streets while work is in progress.
