PAVING AND MILLING PROJECT

Irving Street
Stardust Lane
Kingston Drive

On Saturday, November 4, 2023, the City of Olean’s contractor, D&H Excavating, will continue with the milling and paving project on Irving Street where they will place the final course of blacktop.

On Monday, November 6, 2023, they will begin milling Stardust Lane.  This will involve grinding down the street, which will create rough road conditions. 

On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, they will place the final course of blacktop on Kingston Drive. 

Please use caution when traveling through these areas.  It is recommended that motorists take alternate routes.  Local traffic only will be allowed on these streets while work is in progress.
