OLEAN AREA RESIDENTS 
LANE CLOSURE UPDATE

Constitution Avenue 2/22/24

On Thursday, February 22, 2024, starting at 2am, the City of Olean Department of Public Works Streets Division will be conducting cleanup work along the shoulders of Constitution Avenue from Buffalo Street to Barkz.

This will require lane closures with flagmen directing traffic while this work is being done.

Work is being expected to be completed by 8am on Thursday, February 22, 2024. The lanes will be reopened as quickly as possible.

Motorists should be aware and use caution when traveling in this area.  Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route.
