WALKABLE OLEAN PHASE III

Construction continues on Walkable Olean Phase III along East State Street from Front Street to North Union Street. The active work zone will be from Union Street to Clinton Street. Work will be transitioning from the north side to the south side of East State Street. Traffic patterns will be changing as well. Traffic will be down to one lane with traffic lights. Please use caution in the work zone.

North Barry Street is closed at East State Street and Time Square. South Barry Street is closed at East State Street and South Street.

Please use the Time Square entrances to access the City Building. The building entrances on East State Street are closed from construction. The sidewalks along East State Street have been removed as part of the project. Time Square is accessible from the south end of North Barry Street.

Police Dispatch is accessible from Time Square.
