City of Olean Residents
Buffalo Street (Washington St to Reed St)
West Sullivan Street (N 1st St to N 13th St)
Weather permitting, the City of Olean’s contractor, D&H Excavating, will begin milling Buffalo Street (from Washington St to Reed St) and West Sullivan Street (from North 1st St to North 13th St). This work is expected to start on Thursday, September 7, 2023, and continue through next week. This will involve grinding down the streets, which will create rough road conditions. Please use caution when traveling through these areas.
It is recommended that motorists take alternate routes. Local traffic only will be allowed on these streets while work is in progress.
