Effective immediately, ALL electronic payments (this DOES NOT include ACH bank draft) made to the City of Olean for water and sewer services will be charged an additional $1.00. This fee is a direct cost that is associated with the transaction processing fee that is generated by the company that manages and maintains our online and electronic bill payment system. This processing fee may be avoided if paying by mail (City of Olean, 101 E. State St. P.O. Box 668, Olean, NY 14760) or by paying in person in the City Clerks’ Office located in the Municipal Building. There is also a “City business only” mailbox located on Times Square where bills can be dropped off at your convenience.
