NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS
CITY OF OLEAN
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS

The City of Olean will receive sealed bids for the purchase of four (4) new Weil-McLain Evergreen Pros, EVG399 Gas-Fired Condensing Boilers and associated safety equipment & materials for each boiler (i.e. Hi-Limit Switch with Manual Reset, Low-Water Cut-Off with Manual Reset, Condensate Acid Neutralization Kit, etc.) or a proper equivalent for the Department of Public Works until 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at the Office of the Director of Public Works, Municipal Building, 101 East State Street, P.O. Box 668, Olean, New York 14760, where they will be publicly opened and read.

Information for bidders, specifications, Form of Proposal, etc., may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Public Works, Municipal Building, 101 East State Street, Room 206, Olean, New York 14760, telephone (716) 376-5650.

Bid envelope must be clearly marked: “BID FOR BOILERS”.

Each bidder must accompany his/her bid with a Non-Collusive Bidding Certification.  Failure to provide this certification will result in not having the bid read. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of forty-five (45) days from date of opening.

The Common Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to select the bid it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Olean.
