Notice to Bidders

The City of Olean Common Council is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified entities and individuals interested in purchasing and redeveloping 301West Oak Street, Olean, NY 14760. Redevelopment proposals will be received at the City of Olean Clerk’s Office in the Olean Municipal Building, room 112, in Olean, New York, until the 18th of January, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (EDST) and will be opened in the room 119 of the Municipal Building, Olean, New York for the redevelopment of the dwelling located at 301 West Oak Street, in Olean, New York.

Information for bidders and specifications may be obtained from the Common Council Office, located in the Olean Municipal Building in room 121, Olean, New York 14760, telephone (716) 376-5635 or online at www.cityofolean.org/request-for-proposal/.

Proposals must be submitted to the City of Olean Clerk’s Office and marked on the outside thereof: “REDEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL – 301 WEST OAK STREET.” The City of Olean reserves the right to waive any informalities, or, to reject any or all proposals. No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of 60 days after date of opening.
