NOTICE TO REFUSE CONTRACTORS

Sealed proposals to collect and dispose of “Clean-Up” debris will be received at the office of the Director of Public Works until 10:00AM on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, and will be publicly opened and read in the Public Works Office, 101 East State Street – Room 206, in the Olean Municipal Building.

Information for Bidders, Specifications, Proposal Form, Form of Contract, etc. may be obtained from the Department of Public Works, 101 East State Street-Room 206, Municipal Building, Olean, New York 14760, telephone (716) 376-5650 or [email protected].

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope on the prescribed Proposal Form, marked on the outside thereof:  “BID FOR CLEAN-UP WEEK”.

An executed Non-Collusive Bidding Certification shall accompany each proposal.  Failure to provide this certification will result in not having the bid read.  No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 45 days after opening.

This bid is being solicited pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law.
