Olean City Court

The City of Olean will be looking to appoint a Part Time City Court Judge effective January 1, 2023. 

The Acting City Court Judge shall be an attorney admitted to practice law in New York State for at least five years as of the date he or she commences the duties of office, and be a resident of the City of Olean.  The appointment will be a six year term.

Anyone interested in the appointment is asked to submit a letter of interest and resume to Mayor William J. Aiello at 101 East State Street, Olean, NY 14760.

Letter of interest will be accepted until October 21, 2022
