The City of Olean Department of Public Works is seeking qualified candidates for appointment to a full-time position of Wastewater Plant Maintenance Worker.  Applicants must be able to perform mechanical maintenance duties.  Candidates must have graduated from high school or possession of a NYS high school equivalency diploma.  Candidates for this position must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.  City of Olean residents preferred.  Applications will be accepted until Friday, October 20, 2023, and can be obtained from the Olean Department of Public Works, 101 East State Street, Municipal Building-Room 206, by calling (716) 376-5650, or from our website at www.cityofolean.org.  Interested applicants should submit their completed application to:
