Effective immediately, the Olean Area Transit System (OATS) City Loop route will have changes while construction of the East State Street Streetscape Project occurs. The John J. Ash Community Center and Municipal Building stops are unable to be serviced. The closest location for pickup or drop off during those scheduled times will be along South Union Street at South Street.

Please note the Olean-Salamanca-Olean bus route will also have a minor change occur. No service (either pickup or drop off) at the Municipal Building will occur while this construction takes place.
