Comprehensive Development Plan
City of Olean, New York

Notice is hereby given that the City of Olean, New York is requesting proposals from qualified professionals and/or consultants for assistance in preparing a twenty-year Comprehensive Development Plan.

The RFP is currently available online at http://cityofolean.org/request-for-proposal/ or by contacting the Department of Community Development at (716) 376-5647.

Responses must be submitted in a sealed package to: Keri Kerper, Program Coordinator, City of Olean, Department of Community Development, 101 East State Street, Room 209, Olean, NY 14760. The electric copy may be submitted to [email protected].

Deadline for submission is prior to Monday, March 13, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.

Minority-and Women-owned Business Enterprises and Service Disabled Veteran-owned Businesses are encouraged to respond to the RFP. The City of Olean is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
