The Allegheny River Valley Trail 12th & 13th Street Trail Connector Project commencement of construction has been pushed until August 8, 2022 due to current construction workload. The four hundred block of North 13th Street will be utilized to transport equipment and materials. Construction is expected to be completed on or about August 22, 2022.
