The Olean Area Transit System City Loop will be rerouted on Thursday, February 9, 2023 due to Training Exercises/Drills being conducted by the City of Olean Police and Fire Departments at the former St. John’s School located on North Union Street.  The West Oak Street stop will not be serviced.  North Union Street between North First and West Oak Streets will not be serviced along with North Fourth Street from West Oak to North First Streets.
