The mission of the Olean Area Youth Court is to operate as a highly effective component of the local juvenile justice system serving the municipalities of Olean, Allegany, Hinsdale, Limestone and Portville.

The Youth Court Program provides first-time offenders of non violent and less serious crimes between the ages of 7 thru 17 years of age an opportunity to claim responsibility for their actions and learn from their mistakes as an alternative to further involvement in Family Court and Probation.
